How we work
Flexible Diary
Our aim is to provide reduced stress veterinary care for your pet to suit your individual needs. Our £70 vet and £35 nurse consultation fees includes your visit. To be able to provide this care and flexibility for our patients we may not be available straight away, as we will be dealing with other patients and possibly at the other side of our territory. With this in mind, please book where possible in advance to avoid disappointment. However, we will always try to prioritize urgent cases and ask for your understanding if we place seeing these ahead of your routine appointment. We know you would want this if it was your pet in need.
Appointment times are not possible as we have to plan our route each morning in order to get round everyone. However, if you have specific times you are not available, such as school run, do let us know and we will endeavor to factor this into our route planning. We will telephone you when we are on our way, but if you would like to plan your day, please contact the surgery after 9.30am and we should have an idea then where you are placed on the visit list.

You can also email us, but please be aware that emails are only monitored periodically. For urgent matters please telephone.
Please avoid sending text messages as these are no longer routinely monitored since we installed a landline.
So what happens if your pet needs urgent attention?
Due to having a small team we may not always be able to get to you in an emergency.
If we are unavailable to provide care evenings or weekends once we have closed, we have a relationship with a Veterinary Emergency Hospital 25 minutes away from Selby centre:
